Tutorial CSS - Page without a viewport declaration.

This page does not have a viewport declaration: your phone's browser tries to display it in full, which forces it to shrink the scale significantly.

You probably have to zoom in to read comfortably, but then the line width exceeds that of the screen and you have to scroll horizontally to see the ends of the lines.
